I had Real Deal Drainage Solutions do some work at my lake house in Laurie, MO. During heavy rains we were getting some pooling on the up hill side of our house which was causing the basement to leak during heavy rains. They told me I needed a French drain and a down spout diversion, which I had them install. They also recommend that I install a gutter guard system that was a foam insert into the gutter to prevent any blockage in the new drainage system. Both the drainage system and gutter guard have worked great for the past two years. It was nice to deal with a company that did what they said they would and to have everything work like they said it would. Mike B.

During the past several years we have had a problem with our window well filling up with water and leaking into our basement. We hired Real Deal Drainage Solutions to solve this problem. With the drain and down spout diversion they installed, we haven’t had any problems. In fact, we had a hose that broke right at the outside faucet which is near the leaky window well and the drainage system was able to keep up with the faucet turn on for four or five hours.
